Tina Marie Cabral

Tina Marie Cabral, 54 of Whiting, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at her residence. Tina Marie Cabral was born on December 9, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois and was a resident of Whiting for the past 30 years. A former employee of the Hammond-Whiting Care Center, Tina spent her working career in the healthcare sector. She enjoyed music, crafting, swimming and Lake Michigan. Devoted to her family, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Tina was a loving mother and is survived by her children; Ricardo Cabral, Frank Ruiz, Lewis Ruiz, Kailee Taylor, Caleb Taylor and Jillian Taylor; life companion, Robert Taylor; her beautiful grandchildren, Matthew and Avery Ruiz; father, Lewis Cabral Sr. ; brother, Lewis (Lori) Cabral; brother in law. Bill Craft and many dear nieces and nephews. Tina was preceded in death by her mother Nancy Zimmerman Cabral, her sister Jennifer Craft and her grandparents.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th Street, Whiting, IN on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 1:00pm to time of services at 4:00pm. Burial at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be placed online at www.baranfh.com.
