My name is Helen. I met Mr. Pope and Christine while working in the pharmacy. Every time he called when I answered, he would say, "there's my girl, Helen. I'm so glad it"s you." And this always made me smiled. He shared once that it's rare to see real caring people and when you do, you cherish them. And I concur.. Christine, I'm here for you my friend. Earth has no sorrows that Heaven can not heal. .Mr. Pope is truly missed. Be Bless

My dearest Robert, as the youngest of the twenty nine Pope grandkids, I had the pleasure of watching you all grow up. From standing in Grandpa Pope’s dirt floored garage turning the pig or lamb for Serbian Xmas or Easter, to running up and down the stairs in our holiday best, the years have flown by. Happy memories all.
We will miss you very much. So happy to see the glimpse into your wonderful life in Vegas. See ya on the other side, cuz! Love, Patti

Dearest Robert, as the youngest of the twenty-nine “Pope” grandkids, I had the pleasure of looking up to all of you. I still remember you and I standing on Grandma Pope’s porch in our Easter best. Then the races began! Up and down the stairs, me going up when the rest of you were on the way down. And all the Saturday afternoons at your mom and dad’s house. Best was the Serbian Xmas with the roasted lamb and pig and all the family.
Going to miss you much, but I know you’re in the best place ever! Love you always, cousin Patti.

Today - many lost a great person in their lives but I lost an amazing soul... Uncle Pope you were my friend, my voice, my air-drumist-rockstar... the lover of all great classic rock music... you gave great joy and knowledge to many people! You are one of two... a duo... a package ... you can’t say Chris without Pope or visa versa. You gave Aunt Chris LIFE, you gave her purpose... those 40+ years of friendship, fun, tough and unconditional love, compassion for all the “small stuff”...was appreciated and shared through her actions and love for you. The moments I caught you both singing, to your favorites... was such an amazing treat! One of my time favorite songs you sang with her.. was, “Good Morning Girl by Journey” ...

I can’t remember the first time I heard you both buuut I do remember you always belting out “Lady by Styx” ... when you really wanted Chris to do something for you...and you were too “full” to move, which in turn, made me get up and do it because I was the “young one”... and you both were “old and full” (lol!) Gawd, why is this so hard...?!

I love you, will miss those calls, and cherish the music you shared with me over the years, that I love so much today! Til we rock out 🎧 again!!🤘🏼

Rest in Paradise 🥃
