Kathy Fortener was born on October 25, 1941 to John and Violet Regan. She was a graduate of Whiting High School, Class of 1959 and was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Whiting. An avid reader, Kathy enjoyed arts and crafts, traveling with her husband and the time spent together in retirement at their home in Kentucky. Devoted to her family, Kathy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the cancer charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
