Judith E. “Judy” Saylor (nee Shrader) 73 of Whiting, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Regency Hospital, East Chicago. Loving sister of Jenni (Ken) Koval, Darrell (late Diane) Shrader, Paul Shrader, Rob Shrader and the late Michael Shrader; cherished aunt of Kevin (Jenn) Koval, Kelly (Steve) Patterson, Jason (Saori) Koval, Jill (Ryan) Koval, David (Angela) Shrader and Michael (Tina) Shrader; adoring great aunt of Ty, Alyssa, Jonas, Andrew and Ashley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Saylor, fiancée, Joe Gall and two step-sons, Rob and Troy Saylor.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th St., Whiting, there was no visitation. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on-line at www.baranfh.com. Judy Saylor was born on October 20, 1947 to Andrew and Ruby Shrader and was a lifelong resident of the Whiting-Robertsdale Community. She was the manager of Palermo’s Pizza, Whiting, with over 30 years of service. She loved “Elvis” and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bulls fan. Devoted to her family, Judy will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
