Artie (Bhagwandeen) Tadic

Artie Tadic (nee Bhagwandeen) 38 of Chicago, formerly of Whiting, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago. She is survived by her loving husband of 7 years., Zeljko Tadic; beloved daughter of Dolsie Bhagwandin and the late Dave “Red” Bhagwandin; cherished sister of Vijantie Vanna Bhagwandeen, Kamini Sophie Bhagwandeen, Nicole Vasquez (Armando), Indira Dinga (Timothy), Robbie Bhagwandeen; dearest daughter-in-law of Tomislav and Mikica Tadic; dear sister-in-law of Tamara (Djordje) Gudzulic; nieces and nephew.

A private ceremony with only her close immediate family has been held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th Street, Whiting, Indiana 46394.

Artie was born on December 31, 1985 in Trinidad and was a longtime resident of the Whiting-Robertsdale Community. She was a graduate of George Rogers Clark High School, Class of 2005 and went on to earn her Bachelor Degree from Purdue University Calumet. A talented cosmetologist, she was a former employee of Sephora with a service of ten years. Artie love music, singing and was very passionate about dance. Devoted to her family, Artie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
