Amanda Beth "Manda" Stapleton

Amanda Beth “Manda” Stapleton, 44 of Griffith passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Beloved daughter of Anna Marie Stapleton and the late William Ray Stapleton; cherished sister of David Stapleton and Christopher (Sheri) Stapleton, CCFD; dearest aunt of Kristen and Alyssa Drozd; dear niece of Gloria Stapleton; many extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Amanda’s life will be held at a future date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th Street, Whiting, Indiana. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on-line at www.baranfh.com.

Manda Stapleton was born on July 22, 1979 and was a lifelong resident of the Calumet Region. She had attended George Rogers Clark High School and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Devoted to her family, Manda will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
