Lillian P. Palenchar of East Chicago,peacefully passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017. She is survived by her Brother-in-law Robert Helm, her niece Kathleen Haviar and her Family, and nephew Robbie Helm and his Family. Lillian was preceded in death by her beloved husband John (Roger) , brother John, sisters Germaine, Alice and Wanda and her parents Jacob and Dominika Kordas.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00am on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at St. Stanislaus Church, East Chicago with the Rev. Msgr. John J. Siekierski, officiating; interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th St., Whiting. Please omit flowers.
