Julianna A. Chambers, age 13 of Whiting, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident. Beloved daughter of Cecilia Paramo and Greg Chambers; loving sister of Alex, Joshua, Aalaina, Conner and Aryanna; dearest granddaughter of Theresa Paramo, Norma and Dennis Chambers and Claudia Droski; dear Godchild of Michaelene (Steve Smith) Droski and Uncle Miguel (Aunt Gabriela) Vasquez; special cousin, Diego Vasquez; many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation at the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th St., Whiting, on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 2:00 to 8:00pm (parish Wake Service at 4:00pm); a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00am directly at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 119th St. and Lincoln Ave., Whiting, with the Rev. Mark R. Peres, C.PP.S., officiating; interment, St. John Cemetery, Hammond.

Julianna Chambers was born on March 12, 2003 and was a lifelong resident of Whiting. She was in the seventh grade at the Whiting Middle School where she participated in “Rachel’s Challenge”. She loved volleyball, roller skating and making friends. Julianna will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, memorials to her family would  be appreciated.
