Janet M. Moran, 71 of Chicago, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 24, 2017 at her residence. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Ozzie (Pacetti) Moran; loving mother of Tracy (Pete) Munt, Ozzie (Jody) Moran and the late Richard Moran; dear mother-in-law of Sue Moran; proud grandmother of six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; dearest sister of Patricia (Donald) DiNapoli; many cherished nieces, nephews and extended family members.

A Memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 10:00am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 119^th St. and Lincoln Ave., Whiting, with the Rev. John E. Kalicky, C.PP.S., officiating. There was no visitation.

Janet Moran was born on August 8, 1945 in Leavenworth, Kansas to George and Rosetta Hupp and was a resident of Chicago for the past 47 years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Whiting and the Indiana Harbor Yacht Club. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. John School Endowment Fund would be appreciated.
